Hotel In Herrenhausen Hanover, Hanover

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, offering a relaxing environment. The service was exceptional, with the staff accommodating all our needs promptly and with a friendly attitude. The location was perfect, situated near beautiful gardens and convenient amenities. However, the dining options fell short, lacking variety and freshness in the food offerings.

The hotel offered clean and good value rooms, although it was quite cold due to a malfunctioning heating system almost at the end of October. The service was excellent with beautiful new suites and understanding staff, except for some accusations of incomplete payment from prior trips. The location was enjoyable, being near the big Herrenhauser Garten and conveniently close to public transport at Line 4 and Line 5. The outstanding dining experience included accommodating staff and the convenience of having a common fridge and microwave nearby. Overall, the hotel is a quiet and friendly place with great potential.
